The hotel corridors and rooms are in need of updating, giving an overall tired appearance. My room overlooked a residential area, leading to disturbances from local noise, which detracted from my stay. the dining experience left much to be desired, as the service was lacking with only a few staff members being truly accommodating.

The room was spacious and clean. I had a huge terrace with stunning mountain views! Definitely adds to the whole vibe. I enjoyed the cozy decor that felt right at home in the Alps. we had a great experience at baita clementi! breakfast was so good, like a real feast with lots of yummy choices. the staff were super friendly and always ready to help us with whatever we needed. the location was epic, just a minute walk to the city center! our room was clean and cozy, perfect for a couple getaway.
the wellness area could use some improvements, and the tv in our room didn't work half the time.
